Payments
By credit card:
You are required to provide payment in full for Eurstyle.com to process and fulfill your order for items purchased if the lead-time will be two weeks or less from time of order. All orders with a lead-time of more than two weeks, require a 50% down payment upon order processing. Please note that when you pay with credit cards, we require authorization from the credit card company for the full amount of the purchase, even though we will only charge the 50% deposit. Although Eurstyle.com will not actually charge the balance due until your order ships, the funds available to you in your checking or credit card account will be depleted by the amount of the purchase as soon as these funds are authorized, usually within hours of placing your order. If only a portion of your order is shipped, you will be required to pay in full for the items that are shipped plus 50% of the items that are on order. International orders require payment in full at the time of order processing.
Prices
Eurstyle.com prices are subject to change at any time. If, for any reason, an error has been made, we will notify you immediately of the pricing correction. Though we strive to have an accurate website, mistakes can happen. Eurstyle.com cannot guarantee that all content is error free.
Shipping and Taxes
Shipping and tax are additional fees included in all orders placed on Eurstyle.com. California residents must pay standard sales tax. All other customers are exempt from any sales tax on purchases made through Eurstyle.com. We will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions. We require a fax copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order’s billing or shipping address. Please include a copy of your order or your order ID#. Orders delivered outside of the United States will require additional shipping charges and duties that are the responsiblity of the purchaser. Call for additional details.
Delivery
In most cases, Eurstyle.com utilizes the services of FedEx. Oversized and/or complex orders will be shipped by specialized trucking companies within the 48 continental United States. The standard delivery charges shown at checkout include drop-ship only (delivery to your curbside).
Shipping fees for all deliveries outside of the continental United States require specialized shipping quotations. There may be additional charges for customs duties and other taxes and fees. For delivery outside of the continental United States, you will need to contact us prior to ordering at

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address given at the time the order is placed. Eurstyle.com can not deliver to FPO, APO or Post Office Boxes.
Delivery Time
The shipping times that are posted on Eurstyle.com are only estimates, and are not guaranteed. Delays in production and shipping may occur. In most cases, delays occur due to manufacturer delays in the production, weather, the schedule of the shipping vessels, holidays, customs issues and busy production seasons. We cannot be responsible and have no control over these types of delays. Eurstyle.com will do its best to quote accurate lead-times and promptly notify the purchaser of any delays. Please note that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer to us or to you directly or for any customs delay due to heightened security.
Note: some of our manufacturers are closed during the months of August and December. This may increase the production time on some orders, up to a month.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be made immediately via phone, fax or email. Cancellations made within 24 hours, will result in a cancellation fee of no less than $50.00. All other orders will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
Returns
Non-Damaged Returns:
Purchased items may be returned within 7 days of shipment, with prior approval from Eurstyle.com. Items must be returned in the original packaging and will require a 25% re-stocking fee. All shipping fees, to and from Eurstyle.com are the responsibility of the customer based on actual shipping costs. These shipping costs to the customer are advertised as free but are actually factored into the total cost of the item purchased. We recommend that the returned item be insured for the full value of the product. Custom and special orders cannot be returned. Eurstyle.com will not accept any returns that have not been previously authorized.
Refused Items:
If you refuse shipment for any reason other than damage, you are responsible for actual shipping charges from the Eurstyle warehouse to you and shipping charges for the return of the product to the Eurstyle warehouse. In addition, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged returns:
Should your product arrive damaged, you are responsible for notifying Eurstyle.com immediately so that we may start the claims process. As the customer, you are responsible for being present at time of delivery. Inspect your order upon its receipt in the presence of the delivery staff. All damages should be documented, in detail, on the bill of lading at time of delivery to ensure our right to claim reimbursements. Keep the complete packaging material until the claim has been inspected or been settled. If damages are clearly visible in the packaging, take pictures immediately. If it is impossible to inspect the order with the delivery staff present, write “possible concealed damage” on the delivery slip. It is upon Eurstyle.com’s discretion to decide how and when to ship back the damaged product to our warehouse. Eurstyle.com will contact you when arranging the pick-up of damaged goods.
If you authorize the delivery of your order without your presence or without inspection, you automatically forfeit any right to a return, claim or refund.
Warranty
All products sold are warranted by the manufacturer. Warranties will vary from product to product. Please contact Eurstyle.com for specific manufacturer’s warranty information.
Finishes
Color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood, and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections and can’t be accepted as return reasons. Colors displayed on computer monitors can be different based on settings and display technology.
